Ingredients:
3/4 cupFlour
1/2 cupQuick rolled oats
1/2 tspSalt
4 tbspVegetable oil
3 tbspIce water (3 to 4 tb)
Procedures:
1Combine flour, rolled oats and salt in mixing bowl.
2Slowly drizzle in oil, mixing with a fork until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
3Add ice water slowly until mixture begins to form a ball.
4Pat into 9 inch pie plate.
5Bake according to filling recipe.
6For baked pastry shell: prick pastry with fork in several places.
7Bake at 400f 10 min until light golden brown.
