Ingredients:
3 cupWater
1/4 tspSalt
Sm Apple, chopped
2 tbspSliced Almonds
2 2/3 cupSkim Milk
1/2 tspGround Cinnamon
1 1/3 cupRegular Rolled oats
1/4 cupPitted whole Dates, snipped
1 tbspBrown Sugar
Procedures:
1In a medium saucepan combine water, cinnamon, and salt.
2Bring to boiling; stir in oats.
3Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4Let stand, covered, till of desired consistency.
5Divide oatmeal among 4 serving bowls.
6Top each bowl with chopped apple, snipped dates, sliced almonds, and brown sugar.
7Divide milk among serving bowls.
