| tbsp | Baking soda | | 1/2
| cup | Cooked ham, diced fine | | 4
| tbsp | Butter | | 3/4
| cup | Milk, apple juice, or water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Stir flour, baking soda, and ham together. | | 2 | Cut in butter until crumbly. | | 3 | Add milk and quickly moisten. | | 4 | Roll out dough on floured board. | | 5 | Cut biscuits in round 2" shapes. | | 6 | Bake at 350 degrees, 12 to 15 minutes |
