After holiday ham biscuits

Ingredients:
2 cupWhole wheat pastry flour
1 xOr unbleached white flour
4 tbspBaking soda
1/2 cupCooked ham, diced fine
4 tbspButter
3/4 cupMilk, apple juice, or water
Procedures:
1Stir flour, baking soda, and ham together.
2Cut in butter until crumbly.
3Add milk and quickly moisten.
4Roll out dough on floured board.
5Cut biscuits in round 2" shapes.
6Bake at 350 degrees, 12 to 15 minutes
