Ingredients:
3 lbsStewing beef, cubed
1 lbsChorizo(Spanish sausage)
2 xLarge onions, diced
5 xCloves garlic, minced
3 xJalapeno pepper, peel+diced
3 tbspOlive oil
1/2 tspCayenne
3 tbspChili powder
3 canTomato sauce (15-oz each)
1 tspSalt
1 1/2 cupWater
1 canMexican beer
Procedures:
1Brown meat, onions, garlic and jalapenos together in olive oil.
2While mixture is browning, add cayenne and chili powder.
3Stir often.
4Add tomatoe sauce, salt, water and beer.
5Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring often.
6Uncover and simmer for 2 hours.
