Ingredients:
1/2 eachFully cooked ham with bone
20 eachWhole cloves
1/2 cupApricot preserves
3 tbspDry mustard
1/2 cupPacked light brown sugar
Procedures:
1Score the surface of the ham with shallow diamond-shaped cuts.
2Insert cloves in cuts.
3Combine preserves and mustard; spread over ham.
4Pat brown sugar over apricot mixture.
5Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan.
6Bake at 325 °F for 20 minutes per pound or until ham is heated through and thermometer reads 140 degrees
