Arcadian shepherd's pie

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsGround Beef
3 tbspButter
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
2 Eggs, Separated
1/2 cupButter
8 Potatoes peeled, boiled mash
2 Onions, Minced
1 tbspTomato catsup
Beef stock
1/2 cupCream
1/8 tspGarlic powder
Parmesan Cheese
Procedures:
1Brown beef and saute onions in butter untill golden.
2Mix meat with onions, catsup, worcestershire, salt & pepper.
3Add a litter meat stock and cook, covered, over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
4Beat egg yolks untill light, whites untill stiff.
5Beat yolks, cream, butter, and garlic powder into mashed potatoes.
6Gently fold in beaten egg whites.
7Put meat mixture into casserole and top with potatoes.
8Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 350°F.
9Untill puffed and browned
