Ingredients:

| pack | 10-oz. frozen cut asparagus | | | -thawed | | 1
| lbs | Fully cooked ham, chopped | | 2
| cup | Swiss cheese, shredded, 8-oz | | 1/2
| cup | Onion, chopped | | 6
| | Eggs | | 2
| cup | Milk | | 1 1/2
| cup | Buttermilk baking mix | | 2
| tbsp | Dried vegetable flakes | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | In two greased 9" pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese, and onion. | | 2 | In a bowl, beat eggs. | | 3 | Add remaining ingredients and mix well. | | 4 | Divide in half and pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate. | | 5 | Bake at 375°F for 30 mins. | | 6 | Or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. | | 7 | Yield - 12 servings. |
