Procedures:
| 1 | Sautee chopped green pepper and parsley and set aside. | | 2 | Combine crabmeat, mashed potatoes, seasonings, chopped egg, green pepper and parsley, and beaten egg.?shape into croquettes, roll in cracker meal and deep fry until golden brown |
