| tbsp | Red wine vinegar | | 3
| tbsp | Rice vinegar | | 2
| tbsp | Red onion, finely chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Fresh dill, chopped | | 1
| tsp | Capers | | 1
| tsp | Fresh basil, chopped | | 1
| tsp | Fresh chives, chopped | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/4
| cup | Olive oil |

Procedures:
