Ingredients:
1 lbsFish fillets, thick
3 tbspRed wine vinegar
3 tbspRice vinegar
2 tbspRed onion, finely chopped
1 tbspFresh dill, chopped
1 tspCapers
1 tspFresh basil, chopped
1 tspFresh chives, chopped
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1/4 cupOlive oil
Procedures:
1Place fish in steamer set over boiling water.
2Cover and steam for 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
3Meanwhile, in blender, pure red wine vinegar, rice vinegar, onion, dill, capers, basil, chives, salt and pepper.
4Slowly pour in oil.
5Serve fish drizzled with vinaigrette.
