Ingredients:
20 Beef consomme
8 ozTomato sauce
2 cupWater
4 medPotatoes-cut into 1" pieces
4 Carrots-halved lengthwise &
-cut into 1 ? pieces
2 Stalks celery-cut into 1"
-pieces
2 Green onions sliced, garnish
Procedures:
1Combine first 3 ingredients - cover bring to a boil.
2Add potatoes and simmer 10 minutes.
3Drop in prepared meatballs (below) and carrots.
4Cook 10 minutes.
5Add celery.
6Simmer until vegetables are tender 10-15 minutes.
7Garnish with green onions
