Baked bean creole

Ingredients:
1 largeOnion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, crushed
Oil for frying
2 Green bell peppers, diced
3 Celery stalks, sliced
2 tbspFlour
1 canTomatoes
1 canTomato paste
1 pinchBasil
1 pinchRosemary
2 cupCooked beans of your choice
1/2 cupBreadcrumbs
Water
Procedures:
1Saute onions & garlic lightly in oil.
2Add pepper & celery.
3Fry for several minutes til ltender.
4Stir in the flour & add tomatoes.
5Add tomato paste & herbs & beans.
6Mix in breadcrumbs.
7Add a little water if too dry.
8Spoon into oiled casserole & sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
9Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
10Serve with rice & salsa sauce.
