Ingredients:

| cup | Bulgur wheat, uncooked | | 1/2
| tsp | Dried basil | | 1/8
| tsp | Salt | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper | | 2
| cup | Boiling water | | 1/4
| cup | Chopped pecans |

Procedures:
