Baked bulgur with pecans

Ingredients:
1 cupBulgur wheat, uncooked
1/2 tspDried basil
1/8 tspSalt
1/8 tspPepper
2 cupBoiling water
1/4 cupChopped pecans
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Lightly oil a 1 quart baking dish or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
3Place bulgur, basil, salt and pepper in prepared baking dish.
4Add boiling water and mix well.
5Cover tightly and bake 20 minutes.
6Fluff with a fork, add pecans, and mix well.
7Serve hot.
