Ingredients:
2 xFresh Boiled lobsters
1/3 cupMelted Butter or Margarine
1 tbspDry white wine
Chopped parsley
1 cupFinely Crushed Ritz Crackers
1 1/2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1/2 tspPaprika
Procedures:
1*** 1 ?to 1 ?lb. lobsters (split and claws cracked) heat oven to 375°F.
2Remove any tomalley (green liver) from lobsters; mash it and reserve.
3Place lobsters, split side up, in large, flat baking pan.
4In bowl, combine crumbs, ?cup of the melted butter, worcestershire, an d wine.
5Add tomalley.
6Lightly spoon mixture into lobster cavities.
7Sprinkl e exposed meat of lobster with melted butter.
8Bake uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes.
9Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
10Serve with additional melted butter
