| med | Onion, chopped | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper | | 6
| slice | Bacon, cut in pieces | | 1/4
| cup | Water, or beef bouillon |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place liver in greased shallow casserole. | | 2 | Cover with apples, onion, salt, and pepper. | | 3 | Top with bacon pieces and add liquid. | | 4 | Bake, covered, at 325 °F for 1-?hours, removing cover during last 20 minutes of baking. |
