Baked spinach with cheese

Ingredients:
1 lbsSpinach, fresh *
1/4 lbsButter
1 eachOnion, large, diced
2 eachGarlic, cloves, minced
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 lbsEmmenthaler cheese, grated
1 tspPaprika
1/8 tspNutmeg
1/4 tspPepper
Procedures:
1* wash and clean spinach of sand.
2Dry.
3++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++ cut spinach into strips.
4In a large dutch oven, heat butter until bubbly.
5Add onion and garlic, saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
6Add spinach.
7Sprinkle with salt.
8Cover and steam for 5 minutes.
9Remove from heat.
10Grease an ovenproof casserole.
11Sprinkle half the cheese over the bottom of the casserole.
12Add the spinach.
13Sprinkle with paprika, nutmeg, and pepper.
14Top with remaining cheese.
15Bake at 360 °F about 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles
