Baked stuffed vidalia onions

Ingredients:
4 Vidalia onions
1 tspOlive oil
1/2 cupTVP flakes or granules
1/2 cupHot water
1/2 tspMarjoram
1/2 tspCumin
1/2 tspSalt
1 pinchCayenne pepper
1/2 cupFine breadcrumbs
1/2 cupVegetable stock
1/2 cupGrape juice or white wine
Procedures:
1Peel onion then slice the tops off & hollow out.
2Leave about a ?inch shell.
3Reserve the onion centres.
4Place shells in a steamer basket & steam for 6 minutes after the water has come to a boil.
5Measure ?cup of the reserved onion & finely chop.
6In a small skillet heat oil & saute onion till it is soft.
7Stir together tvp flakes & water.
8Add seasonings & mix well.
9Combine with the cooked onions & stir in the breadcrumbs.
10Place the hollowed out onion shells in a baking dish.
11Spoon filling into the shells.
12Any remaining filling that won"t fit into the shells can be placed around the shells.
13Leave uncovered bake at 375f for 30 to 35 minutes.
14Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
