| tsp | Dried leaf savory | | | Sprinkle of pepper | | 33

Procedures:
| 1 | Saute onion in butter. | | 2 | Add to bread cubes with seasoning, water, and ?of the cheese. | | 3 | If too dry, add more water. | | 4 | Pack stuffing firmly inside and in front of fish. | | 5 | Dredge all over with seasoned flour. | | 6 | Bake with ?cup of hot water in bottom of pan until browned and tender, about 50 minutes at 350°F, basting frequently. | | 7 | While fish bakes cream 4 tbsp butter with ?cup flour, add juice of 1 lemon or 3 tbsp juice (bottled), 3 tbsp sugar, and 1 ?c water. | | 8 | Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. | | 9 | Add to gravy in pan with remaining cheese. | | 10 | Baste fish again with thickened gravy |
