Ingredients:
1 lbsPork tenderloin
2 tbspHoney
3 tbspLight soy sauce
2 tbspHoisin sauce
2 tbspCatsup
1 tspDark soy sauce
1 tbspSherry
1 Clove garlic, mashed
1 tbspSugar
Procedures:
1Trim meat and cut into strips about 2" wide and 6" long.
2Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; pour over pork and marinate 2+ hours.
3Skewer pork with steel hangers and hang onto top rack of oven over shallow roasting pan containing a few inches of water.
4Preheat oven to 425°F for 10 minutes.
5Roast pork 20 minutes.
6With baster, coat with drippings every 5 minutes.
7Reduce heat to 325 and roast 5 minutes more.
8Slice each strip diagonally against the grain into ? pieces.
9Serve cold.
10Dip with chinese hot mustard and sesame seeds.
