Alligator sausage and crawfish casserole

Ingredients:
Brown, drain
1 lbsSmoked sausage -- sliced
10 ozCn Rotelle tomatoes/w
1 canOnion Soup
1 bn Green onions -- chopped
10 mlGarlic -- minced
1 tbspCreole seasoning
1/4 lbsButter or margarine
1 lbsAlligator sausage, crumble
1 lbsCrawfish tails
2 cupConverted long-grain rice
Chiles
1 canBeef consomme
1 lbsMushrooms -- sliced
2 Bay leaves
1 tbspBlack pepper
Procedures:
1Mix alligator sausage with remaining ingredients.
2Place in a covered casserole or pan and cook in preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour.
3After 30 minutes, stir well and continue cooking for the remaining time.
4Let cool, uncovered, for a few minutes and serve.
5Can serve 10-20.
