Ingredients:

| lbs | Smoked sausage -- sliced | | 10
| oz | Cn Rotelle tomatoes/w | | 1
| can | Onion Soup | | | 1 bn Green onions -- chopped | | 10
| ml | Garlic -- minced | | 1
| tbsp | Creole seasoning | | 1/4
| lbs | Butter or margarine | | 1
| lbs | Alligator sausage, crumble | | 1
| lbs | Crawfish tails | | 2
| cup | Converted long-grain rice | | | Chiles | | 1
| can | Beef consomme | | 1
| lbs | Mushrooms -- sliced | | 2
| | Bay leaves | | 1
| tbsp | Black pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix alligator sausage with remaining ingredients. | | 2 | Place in a covered casserole or pan and cook in preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour. | | 3 | After 30 minutes, stir well and continue cooking for the remaining time. | | 4 | Let cool, uncovered, for a few minutes and serve. | | 5 | Can serve 10-20. |
