Beef paprika stew

Ingredients:
2 medOnions
2 smallRed or green bell peppers
2 tbspCooking oil
1 1/2 lbsGround beef
1/2 cupBeef stock or bouillon
2 tspSweet Hungarian paprika
1/2 tspCaraway seeds
1/2 tspDried marjoram
6 smallPeeled canned tomatoes
Salt and freshly ground
Black pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Chop onions.
2Seed and slice peppers into ?inch strips.
3Heat oil in large skillet.
4Add onions and peppers and cook over med-high heat until onions are soft.
5Add beef, raise heat, and brown, stirring.
6Drain off excess fat.
7When beef has browned, add bouillon, paprika, caraway seeds, and marjoram.
8Add tomatoes, squeezing them in your hand to break them up.
9Season with salt and pepper and cook until serving time.
