| lbs | Mozzarella cheese -- sliced | | | Beef -- thinly sliced | | | Parmesan cheese | | | Tomato sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine egg with milk. | | 2 | Dredge thin beef slices through egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs. | | 3 | In skillet heat oil until a light haze forms. | | 4 | Add beef and brown them quickly on both sides. | | 5 | Transfer to a baking disk. | | 6 | Top with mozzarella and cover with tomato sauce. | | 7 | Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. | | 8 | Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes or until sauce bubbles. | | 9 | Serve at omce |
