Ingredients:
5 lbsLean ground beef
5 tspMorton's tender-quick salt
1/2 tspCrushed red pepper
2 1/2 tspGarlic salt
4 tspTable salt
1 tspBlack pepper
1 tspLiquid smoke flavoring
2 1/2 tspMustard seed
Procedures:
1Recipe by: lawrence bigda combine all ingredients; mix well.
2Refrigerate for 24 hours.
3Remove and mix again; put back in fridge for 24 hours.
4Remove; shape into 4 rolls.
5Using broiler pan to catch grease, bake for 8 hours at 160°F, turning over after 4 hours.
6Cool, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate
