Ingredients:

| tbsp | Onions, finely chopped | | 1
| lbs | Ground beef, lean | | 4
| | Egg yolks | | 1
| tbsp | Capers, drained & finely | | | -chopped | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | | Fresh ground pepper | | 1
| tsp | White vinegar | | 1/2
| cup | Heavy cream | | 1/4
| cup | Beets, fresh cooked/canned | | | -drained & finely chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Butter | | 2
| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 4
| | Fried eggs (opt) |

Procedures:
