2 1/2 lbsBeef stew meat
2 cupChopped carrots
2 cupChopped celery
3 eachOnions, cut up
3 tbspTapioca
1 tbspSugar
1 canTomatoes (28 oz size)
1 cupDiced potatoes
2 eachBay leaves
1/2 cupFrozen peas
1 tbspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
3/4 cupHot water
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients into heavy cookware.
2Bake covered at 250 °F for five hours, stirring occasionally.
