Ingredients:
1 pintShucked oysters, with liquor
1 quartMilk
1/4 cupButter
Salt/pepper to taste
Seafood seasoning (optional)
Procedures:
1Cook oysters in their liquor until edges just begin to curl.
2Add milk, butter, salt and pepper.
3Heat slowly, being careful to not boil.
4Serve immediately (for an extra "zip", sprinkle seafood seasoning on each serving)
