| pint | Shucked oysters, with liquor | | 1
| quart | Milk | | 1/4
| cup | Butter | | | Salt/pepper to taste | | | Seafood seasoning (optional) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook oysters in their liquor until edges just begin to curl. | | 2 | Add milk, butter, salt and pepper. | | 3 | Heat slowly, being careful to not boil. | | 4 | Serve immediately (for an extra "zip", sprinkle seafood seasoning on each serving) |
