Ingredients:
1 lbsTofu, firm
1/4 cupMirin
1/4 cupTamari
1 tspGinger, fresh, minced
Ds Pepper, cayenne
Procedures:
1Cut tofu lengthwise into 4 "filets".
2Mix together mirin, tamari, ginger and cayenne.
3Marinatae tofu in mixture for at least one hour or overnight.
4Grill tofu over hot coals until heated through and lightly browned.
