Cajunized oriental pork chops

Ingredients:
6 eachThick pork chops
1 xSalt & red cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cupDry white wine
1 cupBell pepper, chopped
1 cupOnions, chopped
1 eachClove garlic, chopped
3 tbspSoy sauce
1 cupPinapple chunks (15 oz.)
Procedures:
1Salt and red pepper the chops.
2Brown them slowly in a skillet.
3Add wine, bell pepper, onion, and garlic, cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
4Remove pork chops, being sure to keep them warm.
5Add the soy sauce and syrup from the pineapple.
6Stir and simmer until more or less thick.
7Add the pineapple chunks and bring to a boil.
8Serve over pork chops and hot cooked rice
