Ingredients:

| cup | MILK | | 2
| each | EGGS | | 1
| cup | YELLOW CORN MEAL | | 14 1/2
| oz | CAN, TOMATOES, WHOLE, CUTUP | | 7
| oz | CAN, WHOLE KERNAL CORN | | 1
| pack | LAWRY'S CHILI SEASONING | | 1
| tsp | GARLIC POWDER | | 1
| tsp | CHILI POWDER | | 6
| oz | GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE | | 2
| tbsp | YELLOW CORN MEAL |

Procedures:
| 1 | Drain and cut up the tomatoes. | | 2 | Drain juices from the can of corn. | | 3 | In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef and drain off the fat. | | 4 | In a medium bowl, combine milk, 1 cup cornmeal and eggs. | | 5 | Blend well. | | 6 | Add beef and remaining ingredients, except for the cheese and twotablespoons of cornmeal. | | 7 | Stir to blend. | | 8 | Pour into lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 baking dish. | | 9 | Bake, uncovered, in a 350 deg f oven for 35 to 40 minutes. | | 10 | Sprinkle with cheese and remaining cornmeal. | | 11 | Continue baking for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. | | 12 | Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. | | 13 | Serve with fresh salsa. | | 14 | Hint: one package of lawry"s taco seasoning may be used instead of the chili seasoning |
