Calves liver stroganoff

Ingredients:
2 tbspPlus
2 tsp-reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 1/4 lbsCalves liver, thinly sliced
1/2 cupChopped onions
1 cupChopped mushrooms
1/2 cupDry white wine
1 cupPlain lowfat yogurt
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1 dashWorcestershire sauce
1 tbspImitation bacon bits
2 cupCooked noodles
Procedures:
1Brown liver in margarine.
2Remove from skillet, and keep warm on a platter in the oven.
3Cook mushrooms and onions until tender, adding water if necessary to prevent drying.
4Add wine, bring to a boil, reduce heat, add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, until heated through.
5To serve, divide noodles evenly onto 4 serving plates.
6Divide liver and place over noodles.
