| tsp | -reduced calorie mayonnaise | | 1 1/4
| lbs | Calves liver, thinly sliced | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped onions | | 1
| cup | Chopped mushrooms | | 1/2
| cup | Dry white wine | | 1
| cup | Plain lowfat yogurt | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| dash | Worcestershire sauce | | 1
| tbsp | Imitation bacon bits | | 2
| cup | Cooked noodles |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brown liver in margarine. | | 2 | Remove from skillet, and keep warm on a platter in the oven. | | 3 | Cook mushrooms and onions until tender, adding water if necessary to prevent drying. | | 4 | Add wine, bring to a boil, reduce heat, add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, until heated through. | | 5 | To serve, divide noodles evenly onto 4 serving plates. | | 6 | Divide liver and place over noodles. | | 7 | Top with sauce |
