Ingredients:

| can | Cream of potato soup | | 1
| can | Water | | 1/2
| can | Milk | | 10
| oz | Frozen peas, cooked & drain | | 1/2
| cup | Sour cream | | 2
| tbsp | Chopped green onions | | 1
| cup | Pumpernickel bread crumbs | | 1
| cup | Rye bread cubes | | 1
| med | Clove garlic, minced | | 4
| tbsp | Butter, melted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine soup, water, milk, peas, sour cream and onions. | | 2 | In blender blend half of mixture at a time until smooth. | | 3 | In saucepan, heat soup mixture, stir occasionally. | | 4 | Meanwhile, in small frying pan, brown bread cubes with garlic in butter, stir constantly. | | 5 | Serve with soup. | | 6 | Submitted by jane knox on 09-12-9 |
