Campbell soup - scandinavian special

Ingredients:
2 canCream of potato soup
1 canWater
1/2 canMilk
10 ozFrozen peas, cooked & drain
1/2 cupSour cream
2 tbspChopped green onions
1 cupPumpernickel bread crumbs
1 cupRye bread cubes
1 medClove garlic, minced
4 tbspButter, melted
Procedures:
1Combine soup, water, milk, peas, sour cream and onions.
2In blender blend half of mixture at a time until smooth.
3In saucepan, heat soup mixture, stir occasionally.
4Meanwhile, in small frying pan, brown bread cubes with garlic in butter, stir constantly.
5Serve with soup.
