Ingredients:

| cup | Brown or white rice | | 1
| can | Mushroom Soup, 10 ?oz | | 1
| can | Light tuna or bonito 6 ?/td> | | | Oz can, drained | | 1
| tsp | Butter or margarine | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Dry bread crumbs | | 2
| oz | Cheddar Cheese, or more to | | | Taste, grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook rice following package directions. | | 2 | Stir soup into rice. | | 3 | Mash tuna and stir into rice mixture. | | 4 | Spread butter over inside of 1 ?quart casserole; sprinkle bread crumbs over butter. | | 5 | Pour tuna-rice mixture into casserole and sprinkele with grated cheese. | | 6 | Bake on middle shelf of preheated 375°F oven 30 minutes. | | 7 | Serves 4 to Variation: add any vegetables you fancy to the rice mixture. | | 8 | It"s a good way to use up leftover peas and/or carrots |
