Cantonese sweet & sour chicken

Ingredients:
1 Whole chicken breast
-- skinned and boned
1 tbspCornstarch
1 tbspKikkoman Soy Sauce
1 tspMinced fresh ginger root
1 canMandarin orange segments
-- (11 oz.)
2/3 cupKikkoman Sweet & Sour Sauce
2 tbspVegetable oil, divided
1/2 lbsFresh snow peas, trimmed
5 Green onions & tops
-- thinly sliced
1/2 cupUnsalted roasted cashews
Procedures:
1Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
2Combine next 3 ingredients and chicken; let stand 15 minutes.
3Meanwhile, reserving ?cup syrup, drain mandarin oranges.
4Blend reserved syrup with sweet & sour sauce; set aside.
5Heat 1 tbsp. oil in hot wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
6Add chicken and stir-fry 2 minutes; remove.
7Heat remaining 1 tbsp. oil in same pan.
8Add snow-peas; stir-fry 1 minute.
9Add green onions; stir-fry 30 seconds longer.
10Add chicken, cashews and sweet & sour sauce mixture; cook, stirring, until all ingredients are coated in sauce.
11Gently stir in mandarin oranges; heat through.
