Ingredients:
5 medCarrots
1/3 cupTahini
1 tbspMiso, white
1/4 tspCelery seeds
1 Garlic clove, pressed
Pn Cayenne pepper, optional
Procedures:
1Extract juice from carrots and reserve 2/3 cup juice and 1 cup pulp.
2Whisk together carrot juice and tahini until well blended.
3Mix together in pulp and remaining ingredients.
4Spread generously on whole grain toast and top with lettuce.
