Ingredients:
1 cupCooked Carrots, mashed
1 smallOnion, grated
2 tbspCorn Oil
1/2 cupPeanut Butter
3 ozTomato Paste
2 Eggs, beaten
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients.
2Turn into a buttered loaf pan.
3Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
4Slice and serve with tomato sauce.
