Ingredients:
2 cupCashews, raw
2 cupSoy milk
2 largeOnions
4 sliceWhole wheat bread
2 tbspSoy sauce
1 tspSalt
2 tbspDried parsley
1/2 tspCelery seed
Procedures:
1Blend first four ingredients in blender or put through food grinder, except the milk.
2If you grind the ingredients, pour soymilk over the top.
3Add soy sauce, salt, parsley and celery seed and mix well.
4Place in well-greased baking pan and bake at 350 degrees until firm, about 40 minutes.
