| lbs | Lean ground beef, cooked | | | And drained | | 1/3
| cup | Chopped green onions | | 1
| tbsp | Minced green peppers | | 1/2
| tsp | Italian seasoning | | 1/8
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| cup | Parmesan cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | | 2 | Combine cooked beef and sauces and allow to simmer for 5 mins. | | 3 | Do not boil. | | 4 | Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream; blend well, add onions, green pepper, and spices. | | 5 | Lightly grease a 9x13 glass dish. | | 6 | Place half the noodles in the bottom and top with all of the cheese mixture. | | 7 | Spread evenly and top with remaining noodles. | | 8 | Top with meat sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. | | 9 | Bake 35-40 mins. | | 10 | Uncovered. | | 11 | Do not overbake. | | 12 | Serves 8-10 |
