| cup | Fresh or frozen green peas | | 1

| tsp | Mashed garlic | | 1
| tsp | Grated ginger | | 4
| tbsp | Ghee | | 3/4
| tsp | Turmeric | | 1
| tbsp | Ground coriander | | 1
| tbsp | Vindaloo paste | | 2
| tsp | Sugar | | 2
| | Cardamoms, opened | | 3/4
| cup | Yoghurt | | 2
| liter | Tomatoes, cut into wedges |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preparation time: 25 minutes cooking time: 20 minutes boil the cauliflower and peas in water until tender. | | 2 | Drain. | | 3 | Cook the onion, garlic and ginger in the ghee until golden and tender. | | 4 | Add the turmeric, coriander, vindaloo, sugar, cardamoms and yoghurt and cook for 3-4 minutes. | | 5 | Add the tomatoes and cook 3-4 minutes. | | 6 | Add cauliflower and peas. | | 7 | Simmer for 3-4 minutes and serve hot with rice |
