Ingredients:
6 lbsCENTER FILLET OF BEEF *
1 dashSALT
1 dashPEPPER
1 cupVEGETABLE OIL
1 1/2 cupBEARNAISE SAUCE
Procedures:
1Sprinkle steaks lightly with salt and pepper.
2Marinate in oil 2 hours at room temperature.
3Broil for 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
