Ingredients:

| each | Eggs, lg | | 1
| cup | Unbleached flour | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 3
| quart | Boiling water | | 1/2
| cup | Butter | | 1/2
| pint | Sour cream | | 1
| x | GARNISHES | | 1
| x | Paprika | | 1
| x | Parsley |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mash the cheddar cheese and add the eggs mixing well. | | 2 | Stir in the flour and salt. | | 3 | Drop by tbls into the rapidly boiling water then cover and boil for 15 minutes. | | 4 | Drain and serve with melted butter and sour cream. | | 5 | Sprinkle with chopped parsley or paprika, if desired |
