| oz | Bleu cheese spread | | 3
| tbsp | Chopped sweet pickle relish | | 2
| tbsp | Instant minced onion | | 1/2
| cup | Pecans, finely chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Blend cheeses, add pickle relish and onion. | | 2 | Shape into 10" x 2" roll; wrap in waxed paper. | | 3 | Chill 3-4 hours. | | 4 | Remove paper, roll in pecans, serve as spread with crackers |
