| tbsp | Cider vinegar 1 tb Honey 1 Clove garlic | | | Trim excess fat from steak, place steak in a shallow container. | | | Combine next 8 ingredients, stirring well. Pour marinade over steak. | | | Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove steak and reserve marinade. | | | Grill steak 5 inches from hot coals 5-7 minutes on each side or until | | | Desired doneness. Baste with marinade during cooking. Garnish with | | | Onions. | | | Any steak may be substituted for flank. |
