Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsFlank steak ?c Pineapple juice 2 tb Pineapple juice ?/td>
C Soy sauce 2 tb Chopped onion 2 tb Vegetable oil 1 ts Ground ginger
2 tbspCider vinegar 1 tb Honey 1 Clove garlic
Trim excess fat from steak, place steak in a shallow container.
Combine next 8 ingredients, stirring well. Pour marinade over steak.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove steak and reserve marinade.
Grill steak 5 inches from hot coals 5-7 minutes on each side or until

Any steak may be substituted for flank.
