Ingredients:
| 3/4
| cup | Butter | | 1
| | Egg | | 1
| tbsp | Milk | | 2
| cup | Flour | | 1
| tsp | Baking powder | | 4
| | Apples, peeled, sliced thin | | 1
| | 3oz pkg gelatin, apple or | | | Raspberry, or cherry, or | | | Cranberry | | 1
| cup | Sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream ?c of butter, egg and milk. | | 2 | Add 1 c flour and baking powder. | | 3 | Pat dough into 9" square pan. | | 4 | Stand apart apple slices into dough closely together. | | 5 | Sprinkle gelatin over apples. | | 6 | Cover pan with foil. | | 7 | Combine remaining ingredients and pour into freezer bag. | | 8 | Tape bag to foil and freeze up to 1 month. | | 9 | To serve remove from freezer and sprinkle contents of bag over cake. | | 10 | Bake 350°F for 45 minutes or until apples are tender. | | 11 | Serve warm with ice cream or cool and drizzle with powdered sugar glaze. |
