Ingredients:
2 1/4 cupFlour
1 tbspBaking powder
1/4 tspSalt
2 cupMilk
1/2 cupEgg subsitute
2 tspVanilla
1/2 cupWhipped topping
6 cupChocolate fat-free frozen -
-dessert
Sliced strawberries --
-(optional)
Procedures:
1Preheat waffle iron.
2In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
3Stir in milk, egg and vanilla just until blended.
4Pour ?cup batter into waffle iron and bake according to manufacturers directions.
5Remove waffle from waffle iron.
6Scoop ?cup frozen dessert onto waffle and top with 2 teaspoons whipped topping.
7Add strawberries if desired.
8Repeat with remaining batter.
9Makes 12 servings.
10Each serving (with strawberries)= 218 calories, 8 g, pro, 1 g fat, 45 g carbs, 240 mg sodium, 1 mg chol.
