Berry teatime muffins

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cupAll purpose flour
3/4 cupRolled oats
2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspBaking soda
1/4 tspSalt
1 Egg, beaten
3/4 cupMilk
1/2 cupBrown sugar, packed
1/4 cupCooking oil
1/2 tspVanilla
3/4 cupFresh or Frozen Blueberries
Or raspberries
Procedures:
1: grease twelve 2 ?inch or thirty six 1 ?inch muffin cups or line with paper bake cups; set aside.
2In a large bowl stir together flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3Make a well in center.
4: in a small bowl combine the egg, milk, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla.
5Add to flour mixture all at once.
6Stir just till moisened (batter should be lumpy).
7Gently fold berries into batter.
8: spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each ?full.
9Bake in a 400 degree oven for 16 to 18 minutes for 2 ?inch muffins (10 to 12 minutes for 1 ?inch muffins) or till golden.
10Cool in muffin cups on a wire rack for 5 minutes; remove muffins from cups.
11Serve warm.
