Ingredients:

| | Boneless pork chops | | | - ?inch thick | | | Nonstick spray coating | | 1/4
| tsp | Freshly ground pepper | | 1/4
| cup | Apple cider or juice | | 1/2
| cup | Whole cranberry sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Honey | | 2
| tbsp | Orange juice concentrate | | | -(frozen) | | 1/4
| tsp | Ground ginger | | 1/8
| tsp | Ground nutmeg |

Procedures:
| 1 | Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick coating. | | 2 | Heat over medium-high heat. | | 3 | Sprinkle both sides of chops with pepper. | | 4 | Brown chops on each side in hot skillet. | | 5 | Add apple cider. | | 6 | Cover tightly; cook over low heat for 5-6 minutes or until chops are just done. | | 7 | Drain off juices. | | 8 | In a small bowl combine cranberry sauce, honey, orange juice concentrate, ginger and nutmeg. | | 9 | Pour over chops. | | 10 | Cook for 1-2 minutes, until heated through. | | 11 | (serves 4) approximately, per serving: calories: 27Protein: 28 g. | | 12 | Fat: 7 g. | | 13 | Sodium: 71 mg. | | 14 | Cholesterol: 68 mg. |
