Avocado chili pasta

Ingredients:
8 ozCreamette rotini, uncooked
1 largeAvocado, peeled, pitted, and
Diced
1 tbspLemon juice
15 ozCan Hormel Chile No Beans
1 cupTomato, seeded, diced (about
1 medium)
1/2 cupGreen onions, sliced
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cupFresh cilantro, minced
Procedures:
1Cook rotini according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
2Combine avocado and lemon juice in a small bowl; toss well, and set aside.
3Combine chili and next 4 ingredients in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
4Stir in avocado; cook 2 minutes.
5Serve over rotini.
6Yield 4 to 6 servings.
