Marinated barbecue brisket

Ingredients:
5 lbsFresh beef brisket
2 tspUnseasoned meat tenderizer**
1/2 tspCelery salt
1/2 tspSeasoned salt
1/2 tspGarlic salt
1/4 cupLiquid smoke
1/4 cupWorchestershire sauce
1 1/2 cupBBQ sauce
Procedures:
1Place the brisket on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
2Sprinkle tenderizer and seasonings on both sides of the meat.
3Pour liquid smoke and worchestershire sauce over top.
4Cover and marinate in refrigerator 6 to 10 hours or overnight.
5Place foil-wrapped brisket in crock-pot (cut brisket in half, if necessary, to fit easily).
6Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
7Chill cooked brisket, then cut across the grain into thin slices.
8Before serving, reheat in your favorite barbecue sauce
