Ingredients:

| cup | All-purpose flour | | 4
| tbsp | Cocoa | | 1
| cup | Cold coffee | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 2
| tsp | Baking soda | | 1
| cup | Mayonnaise |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | | 2 | Mix all the dry ingredients. | | 3 | Blend in the coffee, mayonnaise and vanilla. | | 4 | Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan. | | 5 | Pour in the batter and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. | | 6 | Test to see if it"s done by inserting a knife in the middle. | | 7 | If it comes out clean, that means the cake is done. | | 8 | Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. | | 9 | Slice and serve |
