Ingredients:
8 ea Large eggs
1 quartFresh milk
4 tbspSugar
1 tspSalt
1 cupFlour
1/4 lbsButter
Procedures:
1Melt ?lb. butter in pan 12" x 16".
2Mix lightly with beater - milk and eggs; then add sugar, salt and flour.
3Pour mixed batter over melted butter.
4Bake in 450?oven for 20-23 minutes.
5Cut recipe in half for 9" x 13" pan.
6Cut recipe in forths for 8" x 8" pan.
7Serve with maple syrup, jelly or butter.
