Grilled yellowfin with mango-papaya relish

Ingredients:
4 eachYellowfin tuna steaks
1 tbspCoriander, ground
1 xPepper, white
1 tbspOil
1 xSalt
RELISH
1 eachMango, large
2 tbspLemon juice
1 xSalt
1 eachPapaya, large
3 tbspCilantro, fresh, minced
1 xPepper, white
Procedures:
1Peel and pit mango and cut into a small dice.
2Peel and seed the papaya and cut into small dice.?relish: puree half the mango and the papaya in a food processor.
3Transfer puree to a medium bowl.
4Add remaining mango and papaya, lemon juice, and cilantro; toss to combine.
5Season with salt and pepper; set aside.?heat the grill.
6Rub tuna steaks with oil, then sprinkle with coriander, salt, and pepper.
7Grill tuna steaks, turning once, until opaque throughout.?serve each steak with the relish on the side.
